Customs brokerage and declaration activities are carried out through licensed customs brokerage partners. AMAN BAHTERA coordinates communication, documentation follow-up and the overall clearance process on behalf of the customer.
03Can you manage both import and export shipments?
Yes. We can help coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, subject to the cargo type, route, documentation requirements and partner availability.
04Do you provide door-to-door delivery?
Door-to-door arrangements may be available depending on the shipment route, cargo requirements and delivery location. Share the pickup and delivery details with us so we can review the available options.
05What information is required for a quotation?
Where available, please provide the cargo description, origin, destination, estimated weight or volume, number of packages or containers, preferred timing and the service required. If supporting documents are needed, our team will request them separately by email.
06What documents are normally needed for customs clearance?
Document requirements vary according to the cargo, country of origin, destination and relevant regulations. Common documents may include a commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and applicable permits or certificates. Our team and licensed partners will advise you based on the shipment.
